Shoulders and Triceps

I am feeling a bit under the weather today so I am going to keep this post short. Tonight is hydrate and get a good night's sleep.

Evening Weight Training:
Barbell Push Press
Barbell Skullcrushers
Barbell Shoulder Shrugs
Fat Grip Dumbbell Clean to Press
Abdominal Crunches
