This is the last post until August. Wrapping up last minute details and helping out a couple of friends. We have some friends with a two and a half month old baby that are moving and we are going to help them out. Evening Routine:
Wide Grip Pull-Ups, 5 sets maximum repetitions
Close Grip Pull-Ups, 5 sets maximum repetitions
Towel Pull-Ups, 5 sets maximum repetitions
