Shoulders and Triceps and a Quote from Alice Walker


We were able to get the NOLS Southwest Instructor Course out the door this morning on time. Tomorrow afternoon I head out and help to drive the NOLS Southwest Semester back from their last section in New Mexico. A shower, clean some gear and a cookout and they are on their way back home.

We lifted early this morning. This afternoon we had a great heavy rope warm up and then a good lifting session.
