Quick Cardio Interval Post

I have a lot going on today so I am quickly going to post my workout. 

Workout: Cardiorespiratory Interval Training
HIIT Spin Bike, 4 minute warm-up, 15 intervals: 1 minute maximum effort, 2 minutes rest, 5 minute cool down.
