We went to have dinner with friends and got back later than expected. Prior to dinner I got in this quick and pretty painful workout.
Warm-Up:
Jump Rope, 2 minutes
Strength Training:
Back Squat, 7 sets of 1-5 repetitions
Standing Weighted Calf Raise, 7 sets of 10 repetitions
Romanian Deadlift, 7 sets of 4-6 repetitions
Cool-Down:
Jog, 400m
