TRX Push-Ups, 3 sets of maximum repetitions
Weighted Dips, Bodyweight +50lb., 5 sets to failure
Concentration Dumbbell Biceps Curls, 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions
Fat Grip Barbell Biceps Curls, 3 sets of 10 repetitions
