Frozen Tundra of Chattanooga and Marathon Training

I woke up this morning and headed out for my run with the temperatures in the teens. By the time I was done I had a decent set of beardcicles to show for my efforts!!

Marathon Training:
Run, Two hours and 45 minutes
Mobility:
Foam Roller Work
Hamstring Stretch
Quadriceps Stretch
