Air Squat with a Stall at the Bottom
AbMat Sit-Up
Weight Training:
50m Sled Drag, 5 sets
Back Squat, 5 sets of 4-10 repetitions
Weighted Standing Calf Raise, 3 sets of 15 repetitions
Romanian Deadlift, 5 sets of 8-10 repetitions
Sandbag Weighted Split Squat, 5 sets 8-10 repetitions
