Warm-Up:
Airdyne, 2 minutes
Weight Training:
Incline Chest Press, 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions
Preacher EZ Bar Curl, 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Pec-Deck, 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Dip, 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions
Medicine Ball Weighted Sit-up with Ball Toss, 50 repetitions
Mobility:
Chest Stretches
Shoulder Stretches
